The brand websites you enter and what you confirm about each brand: its name, how people write it, words to ignore, what it sells, markets and competitors.

The public posts we find for your brands, and short logs of each scan.

If you start a plan, Stripe handles your card. We never see or store your card number.

When you ask for a free report we keep your email, your website, which booth code you scanned (if any), and the report we made. If you start the free month, we also keep the date it started and your answer to how much you spend on ads each month.

If you tell us you spend $25K or more a month, we send a short message to our team with your email, website and that answer, so someone can reach out about a call. We do not charge you or ask for a card to start the free month.

When you ask us to create a reply, the text of the post and your brand details go to an AI model that writes it. We never post anything for you. If you change a draft and copy it, we keep the before and after so we can learn how your brand writes, and we turn it into rules you can see, edit and delete on your report.

To sign you in, run your scans, show and save your results, refresh them every day on a plan, and bill you for the plan.

We email you about your results and your account. If we ever email you about Vyne's other services, you can stop those emails at any time by replying.

Vercel hosts the app. Supabase stores your account and results and handles sign-in. Stripe handles payments. An email service sends our emails. Slack carries the alerts we send our own team. A data provider searches the platforms for public posts. OpenRouter passes post text and your brand details to an AI model that labels each post and writes draft replies. Your email is never sent to the AI.

These companies may store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
